We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, here is everything you need to know about our returns, exchanges and refunds: 

 

Returns/Exchanges 

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the items. If this time period has exceeded, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund. 

Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note, due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and socks will only be refunded if the packaging has been unopened. 

Returns of any unwanted items are at the customer’s own cost.

Need to make a return? Simply use the link below to create your returns label. A small £3.99 postage fee will be automatically deducted from your refund.

Refunds 

We expect most parcels to be refunded within 5 working days from when we receive them. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed. Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.

Please retain your postal receipt until your return has been received.

Items that were faulty when purchased, will be fully refunded to your original payment method.

Clearance and Sale items

Clearance and sale items are non-refundable.
