Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase. If not, here is everything you need to know about our returns, exchanges and refunds:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the items. If this time period has exceeded, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Unless faulty, all items being returned must be unused and in their original packaging. Please note, due to health and hygiene reasons, underwear and socks will only be refunded/exchanged if the packaging has been unopened.
If you are a UK customer, you can return your order for FREE via Royal Mail. With every order, you should receive a returns label. If you do not have a returns label, you can download one by clicking on the link below.
Please ensure that you enclose your name, full address and order number correctly with the parcel. Please write your order number on any additional returns labels you download.
Stick the freepost Royal Mail returns label on the front of your parcel and send it back to us within 30 days of receipt.
International customers will not receive a freepost returns label and are required to return unwanted items at their own cost.
We expect most parcels to be refunded within 5 working days from when we receive them. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and processed. Once you have received a refund confirmation email, please allow 5 working days for the refund to show in your account. If you are unable to locate the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank/card issuer for further information.
Please retain your postal receipt until your return has been received.
Clearance and Sale items
